Anyone and everyone is welcome to visit Ball Road Baptist Church. As a matter of fact, you are not only welcome… you’re wanted!

In order to help all of our visitors, we have provided ample parking all around the church building, including handicap parking in the front and back of the church. In the back of the church, we also have a wheelchair ramp to assist you in entering the building.

When you enter the church, you will be greeted at the door by one of our church members. They are there to help you find your way around and to answer any questions you might have. There is also a table in the middle of the foyer which has further information about our church and it’s ministries.

When you enter the main sanctuary, you may sit anywhere you like. Don’t be surprised if several people shake your hand and introduce themselves. We encourage our members to be friendly and welcoming! If it’s your first time visiting, you will be handed a visitors card to fill out. This simply gives us a record of your visit and helps us to get to know you better.

Here at Ball Road, we adhere to what many would call “old-fashioned” worship. We, on the other hand, like to think of it as simply being Biblical worship. Our music is sung from the Church Hymnal and occasionally we will have special singing that may include newer, Christ-honoring songs.

We do take up an offering during most services. The Bible says, “God loveth a cheerful giver” (2 Cor.9:7). Because of this, we believe it is a blessing, not a burden, to be able to give toward the Lord’s work. No one is under any obligation to give, but everyone is given the opportunity.

Our services are always centered around the preaching of God’s word and we always seek for it to be Biblical and Spirit-filled. Our pastor does most of the preaching; however, we will occasionally have a guest preacher as well.

During any part of our service, people may openly worship the Lord by saying things like “Amen”, “Glory to God”, etc. Occasionally, people may be led to testify of God’s goodness in their life. The Bible says, “Let the redeemed of the Lord say so…” and we encourage Christians to openly worship the Lord at Ball Road Baptist Church.

If you would like to join in, you are perfectly welcome to do so! If you have any further questions regarding our church, please visit our Contact Us page to email our pastor.
